Standard Delivery

• 3-5 Business days goods deliver within Johor Area and Kuala Lumpur Area
• 5-12 Business days goods deliver within West Malaysia excluded Johor Area, Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highland, Cameron Highland and Langkawi.

CUT OFF TIME : 1.00PM

ORDER / PAYMENT RECEIVED AFTER 1PM GOODS WILL ARRANGE ACCORDINGLY ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Please note the following:

• Orders are processed deliver after payment received.
• Standard Stock Packaging - 25kg Per Carton or Depends on the total stock dimension, whichever comes first.
• Total stock ordered weight or dimension exceeded our standard stock packaging, we will advised customer for the additional charges / alternative way.
• Our default shipping method for most items are outsourced through 3rd party logistic company our transport partner.
• NOT ship to P.O. BOX Addresses.
• All item are been checked and in good condition before shopping.
• Seller is not held responsible for mistakes made by buyers/bidder if they provide wrong or incomplete mailing address, contact information and etc.
• Seller is not held responsibility for any demand or lost parcel during shipping.
• Do expect delays in goods delivery during the period of Festive Season / Public Holiday.
• Additional cost might be input, where as the deliver address is somewhere far for example : Luar Bandar Area / Estates.
